This week's tasty treat~Sour Cream Coffee Cake

You know a week of Bible Study has not passed unless someone brought something that teasingly goes great alongside your cup of coffee. Here is what we grazed on this week. :) Thanks, Christine!

Sour Cream Coffee Cake
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts (I used pecans)
3 Tbls brown sugar


Cream butter, sugar and eggs, fold in sour cream and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients

Spoon 1/2 batter into greased and floured 10" bundt pan (I use the flour Pam spray)
Cover with topping
Add rest of batter

Bake 350 for 50 - 60 minutes
Cool in pan almost completely
